Do you really ship worldwide?
Yes. Every order leaves the Adelaide Hills with Australia Post; international parcels travel with tracking and rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I brew each blend?
Every product page carries field notes for the infuser, the teapot and the loose-in-cup way, with the right water temperature per blend. Samples ship with brewing guidance on the label.
Is the packaging really compostable?
The pouch is biodegradable by construction, and the spent leaves belong in the garden, not the bin. Mailers are chosen plastic-free wherever stock allows.
Can I taste before buying a full pouch?
That is the whole idea of the $3 sample: any blend, single serve, shipped anywhere. Most market conversations end with one.
