Change of mind

Unopened pouches in their original condition can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the tea. Return postage for change of mind is yours; the refund lands once the pouch does.

Not sure you will like it?

That is what the $3 sample is for. Taste the story before you buy the book; it is cheaper than return postage in every direction.

Damaged or wrong

If an order arrives damaged, or we packed the wrong creature, write to us with a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund it, your pick, postage on us.

Prints

Art prints are flat-packed and checked before they leave. Damaged in transit: same promise as the tea, photo and order number, replaced or refunded.
