What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fill it: your name, email, shipping address and order history. The payment itself is handled by the checkout provider; we never see or store card numbers.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone. No data brokers, no advertising lists. The newsletter only ever contains what it promises: new creatures and market dates.
You only receive the newsletter if you asked for it, and every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe. Order emails (confirmation, dispatch, tracking) are sent to everyone who orders.
Cookies
The site uses local storage to remember your bag and wishlist on your own device. No third-party tracking cookies, no analytics that follow you elsewhere.
