By ordering from Queko you agree to these terms. Prices are in Australian dollars and may change between visits; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

The products

Every blend is loose-leaf tea sold as food. Store it cool, dark and sealed. Ingredient lists live on every product page; if you have an allergy, read them and ask us when unsure.

The creatures

The Queko creatures, their stories and their illustrations are original work and belong to Queko. Enjoy them, photograph them, gift them; please do not reproduce or resell them.

The website

We work to keep product information accurate and the site available, but both are provided as-is. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Disputes

Talk to us first through the contact page; nearly everything is solvable with a kettle on. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
